kimmie, my mom came to visit (and my dad will be here next week, too!) and a ton of stuff has happened since she’s been here. actually, a lot in a short amount of time because she came just on saturday.
on friday, nat and i put an offer on a house and it was accepted! we are so excited- it’s our first house! we can’t wait to pull out the carpets and paint some walls. more news later and pictures, too. but for now, i’m exhausted and a wee bit cranky.
it was a long day, and my mom and nat wanted indian food. as i don’t really like curry, cumin and lentils it just ended in me being a bit of a whiny pill. i think that i am just tired from having snert face jump on my head all night long.
not only that, but during two of her escape attempts yesterday, my face ended up dripping with blood.
oh, here are the best pictures of the house… now try not to laugh! i’ll send you the listing, but i don’t want people on the internet to know where we are moving…
don’t worry- we’ll preserve the wood paneling! the wallpaper is fuzzy. and we’ll take lots of before and after pictures.
